Fireman's Fund Insurance
A member of The Allianz Group, a European-based company, files property insurance coverage form in the fall of 2006 to insure LEED certified buildings. To purchase insurance from Fireman's Fund you must go through an independent agent. Green Business Insurance, Inc. is currently in negotiations to offer coverage through Fireman's Fund.
ACE USA
In March of 2008 introduces green property coverage (link). ACE USA is largely represented by wholesale insurance brokers, not retail insurance agents. Green Business Insurance, Inc. has access to ACE USA's stand-alone green property coverage.
Liberty Mutual
In April of 2008 offers Green Select (link) coverage. Green Business Insurance, Inc. contacted Liberty Mutual to inquire about selling this product however it is not available through independent agents at this point. Once available we will inquire again.
XL Becomes Latest Insurance Carrier To Release Green Property Insurance Coverage (Link) - International insurance company mainly accessed through insurance wholesalers. Green Business Insurance, Inc. can access XL green insurance products through various wholesale insurance companies.

In June of 2008 , Travelers posts on-line Green Building Risk Management Information For Green Buildings www.riskcontrol.com (Link) - All clients of Green Business Insurance, Inc. who are insured by Travelers Insurance Company are eligible to receive free risk management services from Travelers. Travelers To Release Green Coverage Effective 10/1/2008 - Green Business Insurance, Inc. is an appointment distributor of all Travelers green insurance products.
